摘要
当前,军民融合式发展对国防科技领域的保密工作提出了新的要求。国防科技保密工作面临巨大压力,需要我们进行认真研究,形成相应对策:加强对多元复杂的国防科研参与群体进行保密教育,强化国防科技秘密管理和全面增强国防知识产权掌控力,加强国防科技安全相关法规建设,加强基础条件建设,巩固保护国防科技秘密的物质基础和增强相应组织力量,以有效维护国家利益和安全。
Current integrated military and civilian development brings huge pressure to the protection of the national defense technology secrets. Corresponding countermeasures should be taken to deal with the new problem, such as： the security education of the complex national defense scientific research groups and the infrastructure construction should be strengthened; the material base of protecting secret national defense science and technology should be enhanced; the corresponding organizational strength should be reinforced, to effectively maintain national interests and security.
