摘要
以新疆高校党内基层协商民主机制建设为个案进行分析。高校党内基层协商民主机制建设的重要性来自协商民主机制对于基层民主的促进;来自协商民主机制对新疆高校党的基层组织协商民主能力的促进;来自协商民主机制对于基层党组织执政水平的促进。
With Xinjiang＇s universities as an example,this paper makes a case study of developing the democratic system of grassroots negotiations of the Communist Party of China（CPC）in universities.It is argued that its importance stems from the promotion of grassroots level democracy and the development of capabilities concerned as well as the enhancement of organization and leadership of grassroots level CPC.
