摘要
目的建立母乳中铬的石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAA)测定方法。方法母乳样品经密闭高压消解后,加入0.3%硝酸镁溶液作基体改进剂,灰化温度1 200℃,原子化温度2 450℃,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铬含量。结果在0.5~10μg/L的线性范围内,该方法所得铬的回归方程为y=0.031x+0.002 5,r=0.999 8。该方法的检出限为0.35μg/L,加标回收率为97.0%~103.2%,RSD〈5%。结论该方法具有良好的准确度和灵敏度,适合母乳中铬含量的测定。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of chromium(Cr) in human breast milk by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAA). Methods Breast milk sample was treated with sealed digestion with high pressure,0.3% of magnesium nitrate solution as matrix modifier, determined by GFAA at 1 200 ℃ for ashing and 2 450 ℃ for atomization. Results The linear range was 0.5-10 μg/L(r=0.999 8) with detection limit of 0.35 μg/L and recovery rates of97.0%-103.2% and RSDs of less than 5%. Conclusions This method is sensitive,reliable and suitable for the determination of Cr in human breast milk.
