摘要
冰凌是寒冷地区江河普遍存在的自然现象,但是在我国许多地区凌洪泛滥成灾,给国计民生带来严重损失。为了减少冰凌灾害造成的损失,采用爆破方法破除冰凌是一种行之有效的方法。在讨论飞机投弹破冰、大口径火炮破冰和人工爆破冰等三种基本爆破方法和特点的基础上,提出了水下人工爆破冰凌的方案设计,并接合内蒙古军区与当地防汛抗旱办公室进行的爆破冰凌演练,总结了运用气垫船作为作业平台进行爆破作业的实施方法,提出目前利用气垫船爆破存在的问题及改进方法。
Ice jam was a common natural phenomenon in the rivers of cold region, which always caused disasters and damages in north China. To reduce the damages from the ice jam, an effective way was put forward to break the ice by blasting method. Based on three basic methods and characteristics of plane-operated blasting, heavy caliber gun blasting and manual-operated blasting, the design of underwater ice jam manual-operated blasting was proposed. Combined with the blasting ice jam exercises, the implement method was summarized to perform blasting operations and the problems and improvement ways were put forward.
