摘要
目的 探讨机械通气时呼吸机常见报警和原因分析,提高全院临床一线医务人员对呼吸机报警的识别与处理能力,保障患者机械通气治疗的安全性和有效性.方法 回顾性分析我院2012年3月-2013年12月673例行机械通气治疗患者出现呼吸机故障和报警,并且一线医务人员不能查清原因及排除,而由本科呼吸治疗师与设备科处理的237例次资料回顾性分析.结果 237例次呼吸机报警中,呼吸回路因素报警占52例次（22％）;呼吸机设置不合理导致的报警占27例次（11％）;由于护士操作不当如：电源、氧源气源接触不良等因素报警占65例次（27％）;呼吸机故障占28例次（12％）;由于患者恐惧、疼痛造成人机对抗所引起的报警占31例次（13％）;气道因素占34例次（14％）.结论 在机械通气的实施中,有效判断、及时准确的处理各项呼吸机报警,对保障患者呼吸治疗的安全性和有效性非常重要.
Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation ventilator common alarm and cause analysis,can improve the recognition and ability of first-line medical staff for ventilator alarm,ensuring the safety and effectiveness for patients treatment with mechanical ventilation.Methods Retrospective analysis the mechanical ventilation failure and alarm in the treatment of patients with ventilator of our hospital 672 cases from May 2012 to May 2013,and the first-line medical staff can＆#39;t find out the reason and removal of fault.So a study of 237 cases retrospective analysis treated by the respiratory therapists and equipment department.Results In ventilator alarm of 237 cases,the alarm of breathing circuit factors accounted for 52 cases （22%）,the ventilator unreasonable setting caused alarm accounted for 27 cases （11%）,the nurses improper operation such as：the bad contact of power supply,oxygen and gas source etc.Factors accounted for 65 cases （27 %）,the fault of ventilator in 28 cases （12 %）,the alarm for patients with fear and pain caused man-machine confrontation accounted for 31 cases （13%）,airway factors accounted for 34 cases （14 %）.Conclusions In the implementation of mechanical ventilation,the effective judgment,timely and accurate processing of alarm,is very important to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient respiratory therapy.
