摘要
作为科研管理的重要组成部分,专利工作直接影响高校的创新能力和综合竞争力.基于2000—2011年国家知识产权局专利信息分析系统(PIAS)数据库中的上海市63所高校专利数据进行统计研究,通过上海高校专利申请趋势、专利申请类型、专利技术领域分布、专利合作能力等指标分析上海高校科技创新能力的现状,并针对上海高校专利工作存在的问题提出对策.
As an important part of scientific research and management, the patent work of universities has direct impact on technologcial innovation capability and comprehensive competitive power. Based on the patent information of the universities in Shanghai from 2000 to 2011 by using the PIAS database from the State Intellectual Property Office of China （SIPO）, it carried out the statistical analysis on patent application trend, patent type, patent technology field distribution and patent cooperation ability of the universities in Shanghai. According to the situation, the inherent advantage and the existing problems in technological innovation capability of the universities in Shanghai are discussed and corre- sponding suggestions are given.
