摘要
关于邓小平理论和毛泽东思想之间的关系是国外邓小平理论研究领域中的一个重要的方面,这涉及到邓小平理论的政治性质以及理论上的合法性。总结起来,国外学者在邓小平理论和毛泽东思想关系的问题上主要有三种观点,不妨简单概括为"对立论"、"实用主义论"以及"精髓继承论"。研究和批判国外学者在这一问题上的观点,对理解邓小平理论的实质,理解它和毛泽东思想的关系,无疑具有重要的借鉴意义。
The relationship between Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory is a very important field in overseas study of Deng Xiaoping Theory. This relates to the political nature and the legitimacy of the theory of Deng Xiaoping Theory. To sum up, there are three main viewpoints from foreign scholars on the issue of the relationship between Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. It may be simply summarized as ＂the opposition＂ , ＂pragmatic theory＂ and ＂the essence of inheritance theory＂ It is helpful to understand the essence of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the relationship between it and Mao Zedong Thought, from the research and criticism of foreign scholars＇ views on this issue.
