摘要
北京高等职业教育国际合作办学存在的主要问题是办学定位模糊、师资力量不足、学院的各项管理不到位、生源英语基础差。因此,应对合作办学专业进行清晰的定位,长远规划;要集合全院的力量,选拔优秀教师并打造优秀教师团队;要理顺教学管理各部门间的关系;招生时要对学生进行适当地遴选,保证学生具有用英语学习的能力。
There are some problems in the international cooperation of higher vocational education in Beijing,such as school＇s vague mission, shortage of teachers, insufficient management and students＇ poor English level. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should clarify the goal of cooperative education majors and make a long-term plan; build excellent teaching team by selecting teachers from the whole college; straighten out the relationship among different departments; set some specific criteria to select students when recruiting to ensure that students have the ability in English learning.
