摘要
文中结合当前办公自动化的普及应用,以及当前档案信息化建设的热点问题,对于探索有效利用办公自动化系统为档案信息化服务,加快档案信息化建设提出建设性意见。
Based on the wide application of office automation and the hot topics in the development of archive management informatization, this article discusses how to make the office automation system better serve the archive management.And it also puts forwards some constructive suggestions on how to speed up the informatization process.
