摘要
目的:探讨新疆伊犁地区汉族、维族、哈萨克族高中生成就动机的现状。方法:采用《成就动机量表》(AMS)对791名三个民族的高中生进行了测量。结果:通过对三个民族高中生成就动机的比较研究,发现少数民族高中生的成就动机显著高于汉族学生。影响学生成就动机的因素主要有民族、父亲文化程度以及家庭所在地。
Objective: To investigate the situation of Han, Uygur and Kazak senior students' achievement motivation in Yili, Xinjiang. Methods: 791 senior students were tested by AMS.Results: Through comparative study of senior students of 3 nationalities on achievement motivation, we found that the achievement motivation of senior minority students is higher than Han senior students, which supports the theoretical basis and proves the theoretical hypothesis of the research. The main factors which affect the Achievement motivation are nation, the education of his father and family locus.
