摘要
对铝5052-铝5052(Al5052-Al5052)单搭粘接接头和铜合金-铜合金(H62-H62)单搭粘接接头进行拉伸-剪切试验,研究金属材料对丙烯酸酯粘接剂单搭粘接接头强度的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察胶层的典型失效样貌,运用有限元数值仿真,模拟丙烯酸酯胶层表面上剪应力和剥离应力的分布情况。结果表明:Al5052-Al5052单搭粘接接头与H62单搭粘接接头胶层失效样貌相差较大;Al5052-Al5052单搭粘接接头胶层被撕裂的程度比H62-H62严重;Al5052-Al5052单搭粘接接头强度低于H62-H62。
In order to explore the influences of metal materials on strength of methacrylate adhesively-bond of single lap joints (SI.J),the adhesively bonded of SLJ with 5052A1 adherend and H62Cu adherend were tested under tension loading which creates shear condition across the bondline. Scanning electron microscopy were later performed on the fracture surfaces to explain the failure mechanisms. The shear stress and peeling stress was obtained through fi- nite element analysis. The result showed that the failure feature was influenced by the property of metal, the adhesive of AIS052-AlS052 adhesively-bond of SLJ was peeled more than that of H62-H62 adhesively-bonded of SLJ, the strength of A15052-A15052 adhesively-bond of SLJ was lower than that of H62-H62 adhesively-bonded of SLJ.
