摘要
针对某厂环己烷氧化液中己二酸萃取率偏低问题,通过对环己烷氧化液-水相平衡实验数据拟合,得到Aspen Plus软件数据库缺少的己二酸、环己基过氧化氢、环己烷、水间NRTL模型的二元交互作用参数,用Aspen Plus软件对萃取反萃合二为一工业填料塔进行了模拟与优化,当萃取段与反萃段油水比分别为20和1.5时,己二酸萃取率与环己基过氧化氢损失分别为82%和0.35%,这为工业应用提供了参考方案.
To solve the lower extraction efficiency problem of adipic acid from cyclohexane oxidation,the simulation and optimization for the extraction of adipic was done.At first,the liquid-liquid equilibrium dates between cyclohexane oxidation liquid and water were obtained thought experiment.And these LLE datas were correlated with the NRTL model to determine the binary interaction parameters among adipic acid,cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide,cyclohexane and water,of which the database of Aspen Plus is lack.Then,the simulation and optimization for the process of extracting adipic acid from cyclohexane oxidation liquid was done with Aspen Plus.The simulated and optimized results showed that the oil/water ratios were 20 in the extraction section and 1.5 in the back-extraction section respectively,and the adipic acid extraction efficiency and the loss percentage of cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide were respectively 82 % and 0.35 %,which would provide a reference scheme for industrial extraction application.
