摘要
结合南京某高层桩基建筑场地评价实例 ,在现场勘察和室内试验基础上 ,采用国内外多种计算方法 ,对该建筑主楼人工挖孔灌注桩的桩端承载力的确定进行了较为深入的探讨 ,提出在保证嵌入深度的前提下 ,可以将桩端细粉砂岩承载力设计值由南京地区传统的 2 2 0 0 k Pa提高到 3 5 0 0 k Pa。
In the light of the evaluation of pile foundation for a highrise building construction in Nanjing,and on the basis of insitu survey and indoor test, the paper uses many sorts of calculating methods to approach how to determine the main buildings pile bearing capacity at base level,and suggest that in the condition of ensuring the embeded length of pile,the design value of fine silty sandstones bearing capacity at the base level of piles can be raised from 2200kPa which is the traditional design value in Nanjing area to 3500kPa.It has been proved by practical cases that the calculation and design is safe and reliable.
