摘要
幼儿园是否应有寒暑假以及如何安排寒暑假,是社会公众尤其是广大幼儿家长和幼儿园教师颇关注的问题.作为利益相关者,幼儿家长和幼儿园教师由于立场、出发点的不同,对幼儿园是否应有寒暑假以及如何安排寒暑假的问题,可能会有一些相同或不同的意见.本研究对此做了大样本调研,以深入分析家长和教师对幼儿园寒暑假安排的意见,并在此基础上提出相应政策建议.
Whether or not kindergartens should have winter and summer vacation and how to arrange the vacation time is a big issue for the public, especially parents and kindergarten teachers. Due to the differences in position and starting point, parents and teachers may have different opiniorls on this issue. Based on a large sample survey, this study analyzes the opinions of parents and kindergarten teachers on this issue and put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
