摘要
随着区域经济的知识化和全球化 ,区域创新环境的研究显得非常重要。文章对区域创新环境进行了系统的分析 ,把区域创新环境分为互相联系、彼此依赖的四个层次网络 ,即基础层次网络、文化层次网络、组织层次网络和信息层次网络。基础层次网络和信息层次网络是区域创新产生的硬环境 ,文化层次网络和组织层次网络是软环境。在此基础上继续分析了区域创新环境的结构和特点 。
It is necessary to construct region creative milieus in order to adapt to the new times in which the world will be growing toward economic globalization and intellectualization and to reform tradition industries and develop new technologic industries. The paper proposed that basic installment, training talents, enhancing the interchange and collaboration and inputting all kinds of information are primary elements of region creative milieus .We can construct region creative milieus by government ways and groups conducts.
