摘要
环境保护工作是一项复杂、全面的工作,政府在环境保护中的主导作用必不可少,作为公共利益的代言人,必须忠实履行环境职责。我国现阶段环保工作中政府职责的缺位是导致环境问题日益恶化的重要原因。必须改良政绩考核指标,改革环境监管体制,实行环境质量责任制,加大处罚力度和建立国家赔偿制度,从而完善政府的环境职责,保障环保工作顺利进行。
Environmental protection is a complex and comprehensive work .The government＆#39;s leading role in environment protection is very necessary .For the public interest , the government must perform environmental re-sponsibilities faithfully .Currently , one of the important causes leading to the worsening environmental problems is the absence of government responsibilities in environmental protection work .The government is lack of motivation to protect the environment .And there are a lot of problems on environmental protection .We must improve the per-formance assessment indicators , reform the environmental supervising system , implement the responsibility system of environmental quality , increase the intensity of punishment and establish the national compensation system .All these measures will help to perfect the government＆#39;s environmental responsibilities , and to ensure the environmental protection work being carried out smoothly .
