行距与施氮量对不同采种时期虉草种子生活力的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Row Spacing and Nitrogen Fertilizer Amount on Seed Viability of Phalaris arundinacea in Different Seed Collecting Periods

摘要 在通辽地区,对不同采种时期通草1号虉草(Phalaris arundinacea L.cv.Tongcao No.1)种子的生活力,进行了行距与施氮量影响的研究,旨在揭示虉草生活力对行距和氮肥的响应规律,为虉草种子生产提供理论依据。结果表明,虉草种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗胚芽长、胚芽鲜质量和活力指数等都随行距和施氮量增加而增长。在适宜采种期(6月30日),施氮量92 kg/hm^2处理下,虉草种子发芽指数和幼苗活力指数显著高于不施氮处理(p〈0.01)。在施氮条件下,在行距70 cm处理下,虉草种子发芽指数和幼苗活力指数都显著高于行距30cm(p〈0.01),而在行距50 cm和70 cm处理下,虉草种子和幼苗的上述指标差异不显著。采种时期对虉草种子生活力影响明显,盛花后13~15 d采集的种子生活力较高,提前或推迟采种都使虉草种子生活力下降。 The effect of row spacing and nitrogen fertilizer amount on seed viability ofPhalaris arundinacea L. cv. Tongcao No. 1 in different seed collecting periods were studied in Tongliao, in order to reveal the response pattern of row spacing and nitrogen fertilizer amount on seed viability of Phalaris arundinacea and provide the theory evidence for its seed production. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, the length and fresh weight of plumule, and seedling vigor index of Phalaris arundinacea increased with the increase of row spacing and nitrogen fertilizer amount. In the appropriate seed collect- ing period (30 June), the germination index and seedling vigor index of Phalaris arundinacea at the 92 kg/hm^2 nitrogen level were significantly higher than that of no nitrogen fertilizer treatment (p〈0.01). Under nitrogen fertilizer application, the germination index and seedling vigor index with 70 cm row spacing were significantly higher than those with 30 cm row spacing (p〈0.01), but which had no significant difference between 50 cm and 70 cm row spacing. Seed collecting period had an obvious effect on seed vitality, and which had a higher seed vitality collected in the 13th-15th days after full-bloom stage. There was lower seed vitality when the seeds collecting period was advanced or delayed.
