摘要
高校竞争力的强弱很大程度上取决于教学质量的高低,而教学质量的高低又取决于教师教学能力的强弱。青年教师是高校教学工作的主要力量,青年教师的教学能力直接影响到高校教学质量和高校竞争力。会计专业对教师教学能力的要求与其他专业也不尽相同。本文以会计专业青年教师为研究对象,剖析了会计专业教师教学能力的内涵,分析了会计专业青年教师教学能力培养中存在的问题,最后针对问题给出了相应的对策。
Colleges＇competitiveness largely depends on their teaching quality , and the teaching quality depends on teachers＇teaching ability . Young teachers are the main force of college teaching work , so teaching ability of young teachers directly affects teaching quality and colleges＇competitiveness . Teaching ability requirements of teachers in accounting profession are not the same as other professions . This thesis studies on young teachers in accounting profession , dissects the meaning of teaching ability of teachers in accounting profession , analyzes problems in training teaching ability of young teachers in accounting profession , and finally gives the corresponding countermeasures to these problems .
