摘要
上市公司组成了资本市场,资本市场与上市公司的发展紧密相关,而公司治理则决定了上市公司的发展,如何治理好公司对发展资本市场至关重要。民营上市公司是市场经济发展的生力军,是国民经济的重要组成部分。"十二五"期间,安徽省民营经济增速大大高于同期GDP的增速。即使有金融危机的影响,非公经济仍继续保持快速增长的发展态势。本文针对安徽省民营上市公司治理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。
To establish and improve the capital market has become an urgent problem with the company growing in number. Listed companies capital markets, capital markets closely related to the listing of the company＆#39;s development, and corporate governance deter-mines the development of listed companies, and how good governance is crucial to the development of the capital market companies. Pri-vate enterprise is the force holding the market economy and is an important component of the national economy. In this paper, China＆#39;s private holding listed corporate governance issues were analyzed and the corresponding optimization measures.
