摘要
面对当前严峻的就业形势,"中国梦"对于大学毕业生来说就是顺利实现自己的"职业梦"。高校应深入分析我国大学生就业现状以及大学生就业培训现状,从培训主体、培训课程和培训手段三方面进一步完善大学生就业培训体系,提高大学生就业培训的实效性,推动大学生高质量就业。
For University Students, the ＂Chinese dream＂ means to realize their ＂career dream＂ successfully when facing the current severe employment situation. Employment has a vital beating on the people＇s livelihood, and we need to promote higher quality job creations,which was highlighted again on the 18th CPC National Congress. On the basis of a thorough analysis of the current employment situation and its causes alone with the present university students＇ employment training system, universities should further improve university students＇ employment training system from the training subject, training courses and training means to improve the effectiveness of college students＇ employment training, so as to impel the higher quality employment.
