摘要
通过对在线培训考核应用于医院业务技能、感染控制、应急处理、医患沟通管理等多个方面的国内外经验进行综述,概括了在线培训考核方式的显著优势,包括消除培训的时间和地域限制、提高培训效率及降低培训成本。基于国内外经验,提出了科学规范实施在线培训考核的主要内容与步骤,即需求评估、制定计划、建设网络信息平台、开发培训考核内容、获取员工支持并实施以及实施后效果评估6大方面。总结在医院管理中应用科学规范的实施步骤实施在线培训考核,将为医院管理水平的提高、核心竞争力的提升起到重要的促进作用。
E-learning has been widely applied in several aspects of hospital management, including clinical skills and infection control training, patient communication, emergency response management and so on. Based on international and domestic experience, we summarized the significant superiority of applying e-learning in hospital management and brought forward the main contents and steps of implementing e-learning in hospital management. In conclusion, implementing e-learning in hospital management through the specific phases and steps could contribute greatly to improving core-competitiveness of hospital management.
