摘要
目的:以湖南省1217所乡镇卫生院为调查对象,了解各乡镇卫生院医务人员参加儿科继续教育的现状。方法:采用现况调查方法,对参加儿科急诊适宜技术培训的乡镇卫生院派一名学员代表,由调查员进行面对面调查。结果:不同地区乡镇卫生院中近3年是否有全科医生参加儿科进修或者儿科培训人员的比例存在差异,(P<0.0001)。不同地区护士参加儿科进修或者培训比例存在差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同地区接受儿科急诊技术继续教育、培训人数的比例存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:应该加强全科医生的医学继续教育和规范化培训,通过规范化培训、转岗培训和有计划地组织全科医生到三级医院和预防保健机构进修学习等方式发展壮大基层医务人员队伍,全面提高基层儿科救治能力。
Objectives：To learn the status quo of pediatric continuing education in township health center. Methods：1217 township health centers were selected. Every selected township health center attending the pediatric emergency appropriate health technologies assigned a delegate to take a face to face survey. Results：In recent 3 years, the percentage of pediatric advance or training general practitioners was statistically significant in different districts in township health centers （P〈0.0001）. The percentage of pediatric advance or training nurses was not statistically significant in different districts （P〉0.05）. And the amount of training general practitioners was statistically significant in different districts （P〈0.0001）. Conclusions：To enhance the capacity of pediatrics in township health centers, the general practitioners should participate in pediatric continuing education and standard training which were held by tertiary hospitals.
