摘要
通过对国内双向转诊的运行现状及模式进行简单综述,归纳和总结双向转诊的理论与实践研究,分析当前我国双向转诊存在的双向转诊不畅、知晓度低、管理能力不善、宣传力度不够、严重趋利因素等障碍,指出双向转诊的医疗集团、临床路径两个研究方向,希望能对双向转诊制度的科学贯彻提供借鉴。
Based on the review of current situation and management of dual referral in China, problems in dual referral such as poor implementation, low awareness, poor management and interest centered were summarized and two research aspects named medical group and clinical pathway were discussed to give reference on implementing dual referral.
