摘要
吴茱萸五加(Acauthopanax evodiaefodivs Franch.)在我国南方各省分布较广,资源较丰富,为寻求新的药物资源,用反相高效液相色谱法对吴茱萸五加的化学成分进行了分析,发现其紫丁香甙含量较多,紫丁香甙药用价值较高。本分析方法分离效果好,简便、快速,准确度和精密度高,相对标准偏差为1.8％,平均回收率为98.4％。
Acanthopanax evodiaeflius Franch. is widely distributed in the South of China. For the purpose of exploitating new medicinal resources, chemical constituents of the plant were analyzed by reversed phase high preformance liquid chromatography. It showed that the content of syringin is higher. Syringin has a very good curative effect and can resist fatique or stop bleeding action etc. The proposed method has satisfactorily separated the constituents. The precision and accuracy of the method for analyses of all samples are high. The RSD is 1. 8% and the recovery is 98. 4%.
