摘要
大跨钢结构屋盖在安装时所面临的构件复杂多变、结构形体特殊等问题导致安装难度较大。文章结合工程实例介绍了可视化建模技术在建筑施工方案的制定和优化中的运用。可视化技术在构件的节点制作、相贯线切割、管件弯圆、构件分段、结构吊装等工艺上发挥了关键作用。从屋盖安装的结果可以确定可视化技术对于提高构件成型和结构安装的精度具有显著效果,是现代化建筑施工技术发展的新方向。
When large-span steel roof is installed, the problems of the complication of component and the particularity of structural type cause that it is difficult to install. The paper introduces the application of visualization technology in formulation and optimization of construction scheme. Visualization technology has an important role on the technique of the making of joints, the cutting of intersecting lines, the bending of fittings, the segmentation of components and structure lifting. From the result of installation of roof, we can make sure that visualization technology has a significant effect on the accuracy of the forming of component and structure installation and it is the new development direction of modern construction technology.
