摘要
本文综合分析了黄土高原农业发展的制约因素及其对策、农业发展的方向、农业的发展空间 ,提出了退耕还林还草是改善黄土高原农业生态环境的基本对策。以林牧为主 ,建成林牧业基地是方向 ,并对黄土高原农业可持续发展的目标模式 ,实现目标模式需要解决的关键问题进行了全面探讨。
This article analyzes comprehensively the restrictive factors and measures, agriculture development direction and development space of Loess Plateau's agriculture , and proposes that returning farmland to the forest and pasture land is the basic measure to improve Loess Plateau's agro-ecological environment. It's the direction that Loess Plateau establishes a forest and pasture base taking foresty and animal husbundary as major. It also analyzes the target modes of Loess Plateau's sustainable agriculture development and how to solve the problems to realize the targets.
