摘要
该文在理论上利用能力资源整合理论分析跨国风险投资机构在华的投资活动对我国风险投资业产生的影响机制,找出衡量上述影响的具体指标,构建评价指标体系。然后采用因子分析法分析2002～2011年跨国风险投资活动对我国风险投资业产生的影响,得出近十年来该影响为正,且变化趋势为先逐渐增加后逐渐减小,并在此基础上提出针对性的策略和建议,促进我国风险投资业的发展。
The capability resource integration theory is applied to analyze the effect of cross-border venture investment institutions on our country＇s venture investment industry,and to find out the specific indicators to estimate all the effects so as to build an evaluation system.Then the factor analysis is used to analyze the effect from 2002 to 2011 of cross-border venture investment activities on the venture investment industry in China.Finally it is concluded that the effect is positive,and the trend in recent years is increasing gradually and then decreasing.Based on what have been done mentioned above,some specific proposals are put forward for the development of Chinese venture investment industry.
