摘要
杜邦分析法是从财务角度评价企业经营业绩的一种经典方法。文章运用引入现金流量指标的杜邦分析法对浙报传媒的经营业绩进行分析,揭示其在经营管理方面存在的不足,并从企业财务管理、企业资源整合和企业人力资源环境等方面提出进一步提高浙报传媒经营业绩的建议。
Du-Pont financial analysis method is one of the classic methods used to evaluate the business performance of enterprises from a financial point of view. Based on the analysis of the business performance of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co.,Ltd. by Du-Pont financial analysis method with cash flow indexes,the existing problems of management are pointed out. In addition,the suggestions of strengthening the financial management,optimizing the resource allocation and improving the environment of human resources are put forward in this paper.
