摘要
某污水处理场采用"厌氧+纯氧曝气"工艺处理化工厂PTA装置生产废水,因装置停车检修,厌氧反应器停运30天。为使厌氧反应器顺利启动,尽快恢复处理效率,该污水场采取了逐步提升水温,稳定进水pH值,平衡营养以及控制负荷提升速度等措施。启动后的厌氧反应器在运行30天后,恢复到停运之前COD去除率≥80%的运行状态。对启动初期,厌氧反应器沼气产量、COD去除率的变化情况进行了分析,并对以后启动提出改进建议。
A sewage treatment plant adopts'Anaerobic + Pure Oxygen Aeration ' process to treat the wastewater from PTA plant. Because of the device overhaul,the anaerobic reactor has been shut down for 30 days. In order to make the anaerobic reactor start smoothly and recover processing efficiency as soon as possible,the sewage treatment plant takes such measures as increasing temperature gradually,making the pH value of water inlet stable,balancing nutrition and controlling the load lifting speed and so on. After operating for 30 days,the running status of the anaerobic reactor is restored to the removal rate of COD≥80% before the shutdown. The paper makes an analysis on the biogas production of the anaerobic reactor and the changes of COD removal rate at the beginning of the start-up and puts forward the improvement proposals for subsequent starting.
