摘要
在"退二进三"等用地政策的背景下,以提高用地效率为目的,梳理了城市土地利用空间结构和城市空间定量化的部分研究。以合肥市中心城区为例,根据同心圆模式和多核心模式理论,构建出城市的用地圈层,通过定性赋值,利用简单的线性插值法将城市内用地的区位量化,为城市用地调整、合理布局探寻可行的途径和方法。
Under the background of land-use policies like ＂reducing the secondary industry and promoting the third＂, we analyze some researches on the spatial structure of urban land use and quantification of urban space. Taking the downtown of Hefei as an exam- pie and adopting concentric zone modal and multiple nuclei model theories,we construct the urban land-use circles of Hefei by qualita- tive assignments and quantify the zone bits of urban land use by using of simple linear interpolation so as to seek reasonable and feasible approaches and means for the adjustment and rational layout of urban land.
