摘要
试验研究了钢渣混凝土的导电及力学性能。结果显示,钢渣作为骨料对降低混凝土的电阻率效果明显,且钢渣混凝土的电阻率对养护龄期的敏感性随钢渣掺量的增加而逐渐降低。粉煤灰的掺入可进一步降低钢渣混凝土的电阻率;钢渣混凝土具有压敏性,钢渣灰与水泥的质量比从0~4的变化过程中,抗压强度先上升后下降,最高达到44.4 MPa,最低为20.3 MPa,完全能够满足实际工程的需要;抗压强度与体积电阻率之间存在很高的相关性,相关系数达到了0.883。
The electrical conduction and mechanical properties of steel slag concrete were studied. The block test results of resist-ance show that the resistivity of the concrete is significantly reduced due to steel slag and can be further reduced through addition of fly ash, and its sensitivity to curing period gradually decreases with the gradual addition of steel slag. The concrete has pressure - sensitive property, and its compressive strength first increases to 44.4 MPa and then decreases to 20.3 MPa with the amount increase of steel slag, and can completely meet with practical needs. Experiements indicate that there is a high correlation between the compressive strength and the resistivity of the concrete,and the correlation coefficient reaches 0. 883.
