摘要
高重金属含量垃圾焚烧飞灰经高温复合矿渣熔融重构,一次固化制备重构水淬渣,并将重构水淬渣复合水泥体系进行二次固化,采用TCLP法测试并分析垃圾焚烧飞灰双重固化全过程中重金属浸出特征。结果表明:垃圾焚烧飞灰中典型重金属Zn、Cu、Pb和Cr浸出的质量浓度分别高达1 686.00、321.85、10.17和29.96 mg·L-1;重构水淬渣颗粒越细,其重金属浸出质量浓度越高,但均低于固体废物浸出毒性鉴别标准,可安全用于建材行业;重构水淬渣-水泥净浆体系重金属浸出的质量浓度远远低于固体废物浸出毒性鉴别标准,重构水淬渣细度对该体系重金属浸出影响极小。
Reconstructed slag was prepared by compounding MSWI fly ash containing high content of heavy metals with slag, melt ing at high temperatures and solidifying, and finally recombinging with cement for secondary curing. The leaching features of heavy met als were analyzed by TCLP test during the whole process of dualcuring of MSWI fly ash. The results show that : the leaehing coneentra tions of typical heavy metals ,such as Zn,Cu,Pb and Cr in the MSWI fly ash, are as high as 1 686.00,321.85,10.17 and 29.96 mg · L -1, respectively;The leaching concentrations of heavy metals increase when the dimensions of reconstructed slag are getting smaller, but are all below the regulatory thresholds of identification standards for hazardous wastes;The leaching concentrations of heavy metals of reconstructed slagcement paste system are far below the regulatory thresholds of identification standards for hazardous wastes, and the reconstructed slag fineness has little effect on the heavy metal leaching of this system.
