摘要
采用热重分析方法研究了金属氧化物对劣质煤掺混生活污泥燃烧特性和动力学特性的影响。实验结果表明:随着金属氧化物的添加,混合试样失重TG曲线及失重率DTG曲线向低温区移动;对固定碳燃烧阶段的表观活化能的计算结果表明,随着金属氧化物的添加,各单独试样及混合试样的表观活化能减小,频率因子增大。
The influence of metal oxide on the combustion characteristics and dynamic characteristics of inferior coal mixing with sludge was investigated by the DTG method in this paper.The Results showed that with the increase of added metal oxide,the TG curve and DTG curve of the mixture weightlessness rate shift to low-temperature area.The calculation of apparent activation energy in fixed carbon combustion stage showed that,along with the addition of metal oxide,apparent activation energy of each sample and their mixture decreased,while the frequency factor increased.
