摘要
对压力的产生来源分别从外部和内部进行了分析 ,对压力的后果和影响从生理表现、心理表现、行为表现进行了论述 ,在此基础上提出了酒店应如何采用激励策略 ,以缓解员工的工作压力 ,提高绩效。
Based on the analysis of the stressors and their physical symptoms,psychological symptoms and behavior symptoms,this research offered eight different ways to motivate the hotel employees in order to cope with the work stress and increase the work performance.
