摘要
在全球化语境中,具备高人力资本的关键性人才成为企业发展的强大推动力。重视人力资本投资在学术界与实业界已形成共识,而藉此衍生出的人力资本投资风险亦成为困扰业界的一个难题。本文对人力资本投资的内涵进行了阐释,将人力资本投资风险界定为外部与内部两类,在此基础上探讨了企业人力资本投资风险管控现状,并针对可能存在的各类风险,从外部环境、内部环境及配套措施三个方面提出了相应的风险规避策略。
In the context of globalization, enterprises will regard talents as a key strategic resource. Thehuman capital investment has become important to the enterprises' survival and development, and the risk of human capital investment is a vital problem that the enterprises need to solve. This paper explores the connotation of human capital investment, divides the risks into external and internal risks, and analyzes the present situation of enterprise human capital risk management of our country, and finally puts forward appropriate risk -averse strategies from the aspects of external environment, internal environment and matching measures, aiming at various potential risks.
