摘要
从规模结构、空间结构和突出问题等方面可以系统分析京津冀城市群发展现状及趋势特征。基于京津冀地区的发展实际,探讨京津冀城市群的发展目标、发展思路和发展战略。在此基础上,应抓住京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略的重大机遇,在全面推进区域一体化进程中,以京津双城联动为突破口,以顶层设计和制度创新为保障,以北京城市功能疏解为契机,在空间重要节点上率先实现重大突破。
From scale structure,space structure and outstanding problems and so on,this paper analyzed systematically development situation and trend characteristics of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Based on the actual development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper discussed development goals, development ideas and development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomera-tion.And on this basis,in the process of promoting regional integration,this paper putted forward that the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei seize the great opportunity for national strategy,with the twins linkage of The Beijing-Tianjin as the breakthrough points,with the top design and system innovation as the guarantee,with city function organization in Beijing as an opportunity,taking the lead to achieve the breakthrough in space important nodes.
