冬季输注温热液体对急性失血性休克实验的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的提高家兔微循环成功率,观察休克发生、发展过程中血压和微循环等变化。方法将实验家兔(n=36)以随机的方法分为常温组(n=18),静脉输注液体温度(20.83+2.55℃);温热组(n=18),静脉输注液体温度(40.89+1.18℃)。显微镜下观察微循环的变化,以能观察到微循环的血流流动为模型成功。结果常温组观察微循环兔模型成功率72.22%(13/18),而温热组模型成功率88.89%(16/18)。结论冬季输注温热液体有助于提高观察家兔微循环模型成功率。 Objective To improve success rate of microcirculation observation the rabbit,observe the shock in the process of the occurrence and development of the change of blood pressure and microcirculation,etc. Methods The experimental rabbit( n = 36) with the method of random were divided into normal group( n = 18) which were been mainlined with fluid temperature( 20. 83 + 2. 55 ℃) and warm group( n = 18) which were been mainlined with fluid temperature( 40. 89 + 1. 18 ℃). The changes of microcirculation blood flow could be observed as model success by microscope. Results The normal temperature group to observe microcirculation rabbit model succeed rate 72. 22%( 13 /18),and the warm group model succeed rate 88. 89%( 16 /18). Conclusion Infusion warm liquids can help improve the success rate of microcirculation observation the rabbit model in winter.
