某高校学生心理健康问题的干预措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的多种方法和途径对学生进行心理健康教育,探索适合高职院校学生心理健康问题干预措施的策略。方法大学生心理健康调查问卷(UPI)法,调查心理健康干预措施实施前、后学生的心理健康状况,了解心理健康干预措施的干预效果。结果经过心理健康干预措施实施后,对照组的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类心理健康问题的学生心理健康问题明显减少,与干预前比较有统计学意义(χ2=12.741 4,P=0.002)。结论在高职院校学生中进行心理健康教育和指导的措施是切实可行的,对及时减少和纠正学生的心理健康问题有重要意义。 Objective Through a variety of methods and channals of psychological health education for vocational college students,to explore the suitable intervention strategies. Methods Using questionnaire survey methods of UPI to investigate and find the effectiveness of intervention strategies of psychological health problems. Results Using metal health intervention,the psychological health problems in the experimental group were significantly shortened( χ2= 12. 7414,P = 0. 002). Conclusion The intervention strategies in these studies were suitable which started in the students of psychological health problems. It was necessory and significant to start psychological health education to reduce and correct psychological health problem in time.
