摘要
文章以蓬勃发展的社会经济为背景 ,阐述了在国民经济发展 ,综合国力形成 ,国际竞争能力加强中拥有日益突出的地位和作用的高等教育 ,要适应新时代的要求所应处理好的十大关系 ,主要是 :高等教育改革、发展与稳定 ;高等教育质量规模与效益 ;高等教育大众化。
With the lively development of social economy as background, higher education, which plays an increasingly important role in international competition, has to deal with ten such major relations as the relation between reform, development and stability; quality; size and effect; popularization and professionalization etc.
