摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,发展有效协作的医疗服务供给模式成为新趋势,因而凸显了在医疗机构中致力于提供咨询和协调服务的临床社会工作者的重要性。通过对美国临床社会工作内涵及其职责范围、重要性的分析,文章认为我国发展临床社会工作有利于改善医患关系、保障客户利益、提高医护人员工作福利和增加医院经济效益。为此,建议我国从转变医疗服务供给理念、培养专业的社会工作者队伍和开展临床社会工作定量研究三个方面消除我国医院发展临床社会工作的障碍。
With the continuous deepening of medical and health system reform,developing effective cooperative medical service supply model has become the new trend.So clinical social workers committing themselves to offering consultation and coordination service is highlighted.From addressing the concept,duty scope and the importance of clinical social work in America,it has been proven that developing clinical social work in hospitals will benefit the healthcare system from securing the interest of patients with their family and other concerned groups,improving the welfare of physicians and nurses,and providing added economic value to the hospitals.It is suggested that developing China＇s clinical social work should start from updating healthcare supply chain mindset,training professional clinical social workers and implementing quantified clinical social work research.
