摘要
通过对茼蒿幼苗的连续切片观察 ,对茼蒿根、茎过渡以及维管组织的一系列变化有了一定的认识。一方面证实了子叶区的客观存在 。
By the continual observation on the cut section of crowndaisy chrysanthemum seedling,the transition of root and stem and a series of changing of vascular bundle have been recogrized. On the one hand,it is proved that the cotyledon joint region is abjective reality;on the other hand,the new data have been acumulated for the studies on the origin and evolution of the composite family and the relationships between genera.
