摘要
近年来,就业指导课程得到了高校的普遍重视。课程的师资队伍、教学内容、教学方法等方面不断提高和完善,课程效果有所提升。但同时,课程体系也存在着"对价值性目标的忽略"以及"针对性和操作性不足"等问题。探索就业指导课程体系的创新途径,实现课程的"全程化"、"理论与实践的有机结合"以及"课程实践的社会化",将有利于课程的有效开展。
Course system of employment guidance has received much attention in colleges and universities recently.The course's teachers,teaching content and teaching methods has constantly improve and perfect,the course's effect has constantly improved. But at the same time,the course system also exist"ignore the value goal"and"lack of pertinence and operability"etc.. Explore the ways of innovation on course system of employment guidance,realization "the whole course education","the combination of theory and Practice"and "the practice course closed to the society",is propitious to the course's smoothly.
