摘要
通过典型调查，对农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的耕地相对过剩问题进行了探讨，在分析耕地相对过剩问题产生原因及其带来弊端的基础上，提出了解决该问题的措施。
Based on typical investigation, the relative cultivated land surplus along with surplus labour transferring from rural area to urban is analyzed in this paper. The results show that low profit of farming land, serious barriers in transferring land's right of use and the blindness of surplus labour transferring from rural area to urban are main factors of relative cultivated land surplus. The unfavorable results are delineated. For this reason, the following measures must be taken: (1)putting into effect policy of developing equally industry and agriculture; (2)reforming the land system in rural area and speeding the transferring of land's right of use; (3)reducing management costs and becoming management in moderate scale; (4)developing welfare and insurance projects and safeguarding peasant's interests.
