摘要
就有线电视网在有线电视网，电信网和计算机网三网融合中的地位进行了剖析，从而进行对有线电视网络的升级与业务开发进行探讨。
In this article, the possibility of the combination of cable network, telecommunication network and computer network is discussed, and suggestions upgrading cable network and broadening its scope of business are made.
