早期高压氧治疗对轻度脑创伤患者创伤后综合征的预防作用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨早期高压氧治疗对轻度脑创伤患者创伤后综合征的预防作用。方法选取符合条件的336位轻度脑创伤患者,随机分为HBO治疗组177例和非HBO治疗组(对照组)159例。HBO治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上早期加用HBO治疗,每天1次,共持续10天。所有病人治疗后随访至伤后3个月,以问卷形式记录,统计学分析比较两组患者创伤综合征发生率。结果 HBO治疗组发生创伤性综合征61例(34.5%)显著低于对照组72例(45.3%)(P<0.05)。HBO治疗组头晕、头痛、睡眠障碍及记忆力下降的发生率均低于对照组(均为P<0.05)。结论早期HBO干预在一定程度上能减低脑创伤后综合征的发生率,尤其是在预防创伤后头晕、头痛、睡眠障碍、注意力不集中等方面,效果较为明显。
