摘要
目的比较利伐沙班与低分子肝素钠两种药物对于预防人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效和安全性。方法对本院行人工髋关节置换手术的病例98例进行分析,评价双下肢彩色多普勒检查评估DVT形成情况,比较PT、APTT、PLT指标,并进行统计学分析。结果利伐沙班组与低分子肝素钠组在预防DVT形成疗效上无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组在术后治疗期间均无严重出血,PT、APTT、PLT比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论利伐沙班与低分子肝素钠在预防人工髋关节置换术后DVT的疗效与安全性上效果相近,利伐沙班服用方便,更易被患者接受。
Objective To compare the clinical effect and security of Rivaroxaban and Enoxaparin Sodium against DVT after hip arthroplasty. Methods Among 98 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in our hospital, 41 were male and 47 were female. All patients received prophylactic treatment for DVT by Rivaroxaban or Enoxaparin Sodium. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect DVT of bilateral lower extremities in all patients. AP, APTT and PLT were examined in order to analyze their influences on DVT after surgery. Results There was no statistics differences in DVT prevention and serious bleeding between Rivaroxaban and Enoxaparin Sodium groups（P＆gt;0.05）during treatment. There was no significant dif-ference at PT, APTT and PLT in two groups. Conclusion Rivaroxaban and Enoxaparin Sodium have similar clinical effect and safety in the pre-vention of DVT after hip arthroplasty.Rivaroxaban looks more likely to be received by patients for its taking convenient.
