Research on a Quasi-Z-source Single-phase Inverter System

摘要 首先分析了基于准Z源逆变器(QZSI)单相离网发电系统的结构,阐述了QZSI工作原理及电容电压控制策略,并研究了系统后级单相全桥逆变电路的电压、电流双闭环控制策略。其次,设计了阻抗网络的电感、电容、高频变压器等主电路参数。最后,搭建了一台以XE164FM单片机为控制核心、额定功率为230 W的实验样机,实验结果表明所采用的控制策略及参数设计正确可行。 A single-phase off-grid power generation system based on the quasi-Z-source inverter(QZSI) is analyzed, the working principle of the QZSI and control strategy of capacitor voltage are discussed, the voltage and current double closed-loop control strategy of the single-phase full-bridge inverter is also studied.Main circuit parameters including the inductance and capacitance impedance network,high frequency transformer are designed.Finally,an experimental platform with the control core of XE164FM microcontroUer and the rated power of 230 W is built,the experimental results show that this control strategy and design parameters are feasible.
