摘要
目的评估穴位注射配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将539例中、重度变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组283例,对照组256例。治疗组于三伏天行穴位注射配合穴位贴敷治疗;对照组予布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,同时口服氯雷地定片(开瑞坦)。连续治疗3年,随访1年。结果治疗组治愈45例,好转198例,治愈率为15.9%;对照组治愈1例,好转241例,治愈率为0.4%。治疗组治疗前后症状、体征积分及血清中IgE含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位注射配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎治愈率高于激素联合抗组胺药治疗,且对患者症状、体征及血清IgE改善更明显。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection plus acupoint application in treating allergic rhinitis.Method Five hundred and thirty-nine patients with moderate or severe allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to two groups,a treatment group of 283 cases and a control group of 256 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture point injection plus acupoint application during dog days and the control group,budesonide nasal spray and oral administration of loratadine.Treatment lasted three years,followed by a one-year follow-up study.Result Of the treatment group,cure occurred in 45 cases and improvement in 198 cases,and the curativc rate was 15.9％; of the control group,cure occurred in 1 cases and improvement in 241 cases,and the curative rate was 0.4％.Conclusion Compared with treatment with hormones plus antihistamines,acupuncture point injection plus acupoint application has a higher curative rate,more significant improvements on symptoms,signs,and serum IgE in treating allergic rhinitis.
