摘要
目的观察中医辨证分型联合西药治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将72例儿童紫癜性肾炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组36例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中医辨证分型治疗,2组疗程均为20周。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、检验指标及药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(94.44%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组2项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证分型联合西药治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎可显著降低患儿24 h尿蛋白定量与尿红细胞计数,提高疗效,适合临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with western medicine in the treat- ment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 72 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases in the control group re- ceived routine treatment, the treatment group with routine and TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, for 20 weeks. The clinical curative effect, the inspection index and adverse drug reaction of 2 groups were compared. Re- sults The total effective rate of treatment group （ 94.44% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （75%）, the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05} ; after treatment, 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell count were significantly reduced （ P〈0.05 ） , and that in treatment group were signifi- cantly lower than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; the adverse reaction rate was not statistically significant （ P〉 0.05）. Conclusion TCM combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis can significantly reduce urinary protein and urinary red blood cell count, improve curative effect, suitable for clinical application.
