摘要
介绍鲁艳芳教授治疗小儿肾病综合征的经验。小儿肾病综合征多属阴水,其认为阴水病机虽复杂,但总以阳虚为主,瘀血、水湿是本病重要的病理产物,故在温阳的同时还应结合活血、利水。此外临证时还应结合小儿的生理、病理特点,调和阴阳,使阴平阳秘;顾护脾胃,勿犯胃气;升降结合,调畅气机。
This paper introduces professor Lu Yanfang＇ s experience in treating pediatric nephrotic syndrome. Pediatric nephrotic syndrome mostly belongs to yin water, and the pathogenesis is complex with Yang deficiency. Blood stasis, wet water are the pathological products of the disease. So warming yang should also be combined with promoting blood circulation, diuresis. Physiological, pathological characteristics should be combined to balance yin and yang, protect spleen and stomach and regulate qi motion.
